By purchasing a physical product from Canvas Bling, you agree to all terms outlined below.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most Canvas Bling physical products are custom and made to order.
Because of this:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed

Orders cannot be changed after submission
This includes, but is not limited to:

Once production begins, your order is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

ORDER ACCURACY & APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for:

Verifying spelling, dates, colors, and personalization details
Canvas Bling is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for customer-submitted errors.

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
All physical products require processing time before shipment.

Rush orders (if available) must be selected at checkout
Failure to order within the recommended timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once an order has shipped:

Canvas Bling is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or cancellations
Once marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Canvas Bling is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
If your package arrives damaged, you must:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Approved damage claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Canvas Bling first is a violation of our terms.
